Eco-Core® SVL (Solid Veneer Lumber) Flooring is an E0 certified product made from the same material as the Eco-Core® SVL but for the exclusive use in flooring applications. It is made from upright longitudinal veneer layers of wood, approximately 3mm per layer. Its consistent strength and stability are mainly due to the multiple laminations. The many laminations create a harder surface than the actual timber itself, therefore better for wear and tear. It is tread fast, resistant and stable. Whether lacquered, oiled or waxed, the SVL Flooring is a product that can enhance any room with its simple style and elegance.

The Eco-Core® SVL (Solid Veneer Lumber) Flooring is an E0 certified product.

PANEL SIZE: 2500mm x 80mm x 10mm available in European Beech.

GLUE: phenolic and moisture resistant PVA glues.

DENSITY: approximately 800 kg/m3.

The appearance of an Eco-Core® SVL, SVL Faced Panel and SVL Flooring sample is indicative only. Color, grain and laminations can vary and are not classified as defects. Small samples do not always represent what a large surface will look like.

The SVL Flooring is applied similar to parquetry flooring, preferably glued down directly on a concrete base. The Eco-Core® SVL Flooring is supplied raw, sanded to grid 60. In the raw product small holes and cracks can occur on the faces caused by open knots, cracks or similar. These holes and cracks are not classified as defects and should be puttied with timber putty prior to fine sanding. The SVL laminations run along the longer measurement.

The installation recommendation is available as a separate document; please download from the website or enquire with Global Ventures Australia or your distributor.
